A joint venture between Bradley Enterprises, Inc. and Nason Construction, Inc. was formed for a design-build contract by the General Services Administration. The 75,000 SF facilities utilized Building Information Modeling (BIM) during design. The three-story facility provides administrative support areas for 360 military and civilian personnel. State-of-the-art Department of Defense Anti-Terrorism Standards was incorporated into the design. The building is registered for LEED Silver Certification. MUEI’s responsibilities included complete project management/owner’s representation for the installation of the mechanical and electrical building systems.
