The addition scope of services included conversion of two classrooms into science laboratories. Our work included steam/condensate piping rework, replacement of steam traps, addition of electronic control valves, routing of new gas piping to the science labs, addition of fume hood type roof exhaust fans, design of split system cooling for the library unit ventilators and re-piping of toilet room fixtures and trim. The electrical work was completed by another engineering firm as part of the design team.
