TUCC Campus Renovation – Phase II

Philadelphia, PA – 60,000 GSF renovation of space within 1515 Market Street Building in Center City Philadelphia.  Facility includes various multi-purpose type classroom facilities, music school studios, general office space and miscellaneous break areas.  Mark Ulrick Engineers, Inc. is responsible for the design of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems as they apply to this facility.
