Philadelphia, PA – Mechanical design/build in conjunction with Accord Mechanical Contractors for existing 80,000 SF, eight story facility. Mark Ulrick Engineers, Inc. responsibilities included design of central chilled water system with roof mounted air cooled chillers, central hot water heating system with basement boiler room with pumps, stairwell pressurization system for smoke relief, baseboard radiation system, toilet exhaust system and air handling units with exposed ductwork layout for the classroom and administrative spaces.
