PA School for the Deaf, Philadelphia, PA – 22,000 GSF, New Early Childhood Learning Facility. Mark Ulrick Engineers, Inc. was responsible for complete electrical design and construction administration for the facility.  Our services included, power and lighting, with coordination of special systems, including security and tele-data.  Special consideration was provided for exit sign placement (high and low), fire alarm strobe intensity and fluorescent light fixture ballast.
