Henry Brown Elementary School

Philadelphia, PA – 70,000 GSF – Renovation and New Addition.  The scope of the project involved renovating the existing 35,000 SF facility and building a new 35,000 SF class wing.  The HVAC design concept included a two pipe unit ventilator system utilizing the existing steam boilers, a new air cooled chiller, an energy recovery ventilator and building automation system.  Electrically a new 480 volt, 3 phase service with a pad mounted transfer was provided.  Our design included a new automatic wet sprinkler system for the entire facility and water saving plumbing fixtures.
