Facility Assessment 40 Schools

Philadelphia, PA – Facility Assessment – Mark Ulrick Engineers, Inc. was responsible for the survey and assessment of the mechanical, plumbing and emergency lighting systems of 40 schools totaling over three million square foot for the School District of Philadelphia.  As part of an architectural/engineering team, the assessment was completed using data sheets for electronic information gathering.  MUEI’s assessment responsibilities include the condition with prioritization for repair or replacement for central plant equipment, terminal equipment, temperature controls, air handling equipment, piping systems and emergency lighting.
