Cheyney University, Cheyney University, 22, 000 GSF, DGS No. 403-75, Renovation of Carnegie Building. Project includes approximately 3,200 SF historic wing with gathering room and class room spaces. The remaining portions of the building includes classrooms, multi-media room, office and mechanical spaces. Mark Ulrick Engineers, Inc. responsibility’s included complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection renovations. HVAC systems included a four-piped fan coil unit system with rooftop and central station air handling equipment. Central steam was utilized and converted to hot water for heating. A new gas service was brought to the building to supply fuel for two gas fired chillers.
