Background

Mr. Washington is a thoroughly rounded engineer who has over 29 years experience in the field of HVAC and building services engineering.  He specializes in the design of HVAC systems for facilities such as college campus’, community buildings, churches, historical buildings, correctional facilities, housing, museum, governmental, retail, educational facilities and more.  He has provided designs for renovation, repairs, maintenance, new construction, and addition to facilities.  He also specializes in conducting reports, evaluation and recommendation in the field of HVAC design.

Relevant Experience

Mr. Washington has managed surveys and documentation of existing facilities, development of final schemes, load calculations, cost estimation, construction administration, preliminary analysis of problems and the development of alternative solutions.  As founder of Mark Ulrick Engineers, Inc. Mr. Washington believes in using engineering talents to serve clientele, help better communities and train youth as they search for careers.
